Pre-emptive Guessing - 2014

I know people were going crazy over Germany's young players tearing up the field, but there was no way they could have done that themselves. Germany's mix of youthful exuberance and experience was a potent combination, and considering they very well might field 9 of the same 11 they did in South Africa, They're looking like early favorites.

Of course there will always be the favorites in Brazil (as the hosts, but their prospects dont look too great, but its brazil so we'll see), Argentina, Spain, Italy, France, etc. The team to watch in 2014 is Belgium. Yes. Belgium. and watch them again in 2018 too. If I said their entire team was like Khedira's and Mullers and Ozil's and Lahm's, but even younger, you'd be scared right? Yeah. Watch them.

I'd like to say watch out for Austria and Russia, but we'll see if any complete teams emerge.
